Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

All sales are final and conducted in US Dollars.

 

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange for a different size or style, items must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to MPH.com. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the exchanged item back to you at no additional shipping cost. You may exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or opt for a higher-value item by paying the difference. Please note that downgrading items for a refund is not permitted.

 

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately. Any concerns regarding defective merchandise must also be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After this period, we cannot accept further liability.

 

To process your exchange, please email our Customer Support team at shop@mph.com with your order number and request an exchange. Be sure to specify the name and size of the product you wish to receive in exchange. Customer Support will issue a return authorization number for you. Package up and ship back the item(s) being returned; be sure to include your return authorization number in the package. Email the return shipping confirmation to the Customer Support team.


Exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

 

Socks
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for socks due to hygiene and safety concerns.


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
